Jasper's - Kansas City
This dish was something I have never tried before, and it was amazing.  Fresh Mozzarella Cheese made tableside by the Chef, served with locally grown Heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil and balsamic reduction.  One of the best salads I have tasted in the last decade! The locally grown Heirlooms are something special.
